A little pricy as far as auto repairs go, but the service and quality of work is excellent. They are honest when it comes to what needs to be done.
Dropped the car off around 9 this Saturday morning for a mount and balance for 4 tires that I was supplying. Mark at the desk said they would get them done today. I called again around 2 and Mark told me again that they would still get them done today. It's now 340, they close in 20 minutes, and they're saying they won't get to the tires until Monday. If this is the case we should have been told this this morning when I dropped the car off or maybe even when I called less than 2 hours ago. We needed the tires done today. We won't have time on Monday. I could have taken the car to literally any other shop. We won't be wasting our time with these people any more.
Fantastic customer service. Prices are fair, timely and of great quality. They have exceeded my expectations numerous times. I highly recommend them.
Impressive service, and integrity. Came in for an estimate for an oil leak (quoted $49 - reasonable). The leak was due to a non mechanical issue (no actual repair needed - loose oil filter). No charge.
So far so good. I needed a diagnosis and could not leave my office to drive it up to the shop. These guys are SO helpful!!!!! They drove down to my work and collected my car and gave me the quote to fix it. They even brought my car back to me. Customer service!!!! AWESOME!!!
Other note: friendly staff, provided drinks and coloring sheets for my kid.
